Welcome, Happy People

Okay, good introduction leads us half way through. Let's me introduce this blog first. This blog is experimential, not science but the experiment of happiness. Nowaday, due to the competition and wants of the people, society is less happy than they are before. While we all want to be happy, the tough part is to where you start it. This blog therefore is going to based on the experiment to test whether I can increase our (my, actually) level of happiness or not. Seem normal, huh? Well, experiment in this case, as I say, isn't a scientific stuff, so you will actually see that it's simple, as I am going to tell you now.

In this experiment, the aim is "To Be Happy and Happier." So, how are we going to be happier? Psychologists had provided different way in which we can be happy people. Experiments had been done to test whether these ways can make people happier as well. First, what we need to do is collect the memories of 3 good things that happens on a day and before you go to sleep, think about them. They says it make you sleep deeper, better and nicer dreams. Well, I can't say I have done that. (Last night I didn't do it because of my habit which I don't desire to tell much. It's kind of a strange habit really but it is very helpful in many ways.)

Second, we need to perform the random acts of kindness to anyone, such as opening the door for a person or help people out with things. This should be random and shouldn't be anything that you already did in the daily routine.

Third, we are to find out our 5 signature strength and strengthen them even more. Signature strength, in this case, is for example honesty, justice, humour, etc. There're tests about this online that you can find, too. So, if you want to know them, take it. Once we found our strength, we are to strengthen them to make it even better.

Okay, this is what this experiment is. Simple, isn't it? Well, this is what it is, and I'm going to work on it for some times. ^ ^
